Bhavin Tailor

Director of Education & Programmes

Bhavin is a former Secondary school teacher and, most recently, the Headteacher of an 11-18 school in England. With 19 years in education, he has worked with various stakeholders such as local authorities on strategy for improvement. He has extensive experience in organisational leadership and management, teaching and learning, curriculum development, training delivery and public speaking.​

​Bhavin is also a leadership coach, developing individuals and teams to enhance productivity. He has a BA in Philosophy and Politics and holds a Headship Qualification (NPQH). Bhavin is also a Trustee for a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).

Kristian Frantzen

Director of Leadership & Coaching

Kristian is Doctor of Chiropractic and provides sports therapy to many clients, including elite athletes. He also has extensive experiences in business strategy, leadership development and in health and social care. He has collaborated with prominent organisations like the International Olympic Committee and Dubai Government​.

Kristian holds an MBA specialising in emotional intelligence and is an executive coach. He is fluent in French and English and regularly speaks at conferences on health and leadership.​​

Meaghan Ryder-Green

Assistant Director of Education;

Research & Curriculum

Meaghan is an experienced educator with a background in both Primary and Secondary schools in England. She has served as a teacher and Assistant SENDCo, working in specialist educational environments and collaborating with local authorities and external agencies. ​

With an MSc in Psychology in Education and a member of the British Psychological Society, she has led CPD sessions, applying psychological principles to improve teaching, learning and student support, along with curriculum development.​

Jason Carder

Social Care Trainer & Coach

Jason (Jay) has been deeply involved in health and social care since age 16. Over 30 years in the sector, he has gained vast experiences in various social care setting across England. Most importantly, for Jay, is the genuine care of people and how this can be instilled in others. As a result, Jay now works as a trainer for the New-Entrant Programme and he also coaches individuals within the sector.​

Jay is passionate about training the new generation of carers to emulate this shared vision of great quality care.

Sophia Ortega

Instructional Designer

Sophia is an Instructional Designer with a background in Psychology and certifications in NLP and Life Coaching, offering a strong understanding of human behaviour. Currently pursuing a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design, she applies evidence-based strategies to create engaging, inclusive content. Her innovative approach includes multimedia eLearning, podcasts, and technology-driven learning solutions. A passionate lifelong learner, Sophia prioritises universal design principles and learning analytics to deliver impactful and effective educational experiences.

Ann Butts

Clinical Programmes Lead

Ann is an experienced healthcare professional with over 36 years in NHS nursing, including roles in acute care, community nursing, and public health. She has worked both in the UK and the US, and has led safeguarding, child protection, and personalised care programs across NHS and Primary Care settings.

A Specialist Community Public Health Nurse and qualified Nurse Prescriber, Ann holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Policy and Administration. She has managed national programs, contributed to multi-agency training, and supported strategic development through board and panel work across health and care sectors.

Charles Carder

Director - Dubai Office

Charles leads Indago Development's operations in Dubai, bringing strategic vision and executive leadership to the organisation's growing presence in the UAE. With a strong foundation in administration, business development, and operational management, he oversees the direction and delivery of Indago's work across the region.

As Director of the Dubai office, Charles is instrumental in forging partnerships, expanding Indago's international reach, and ensuring the organisation's values and standards are upheld at every level. His leadership continues to shape Indago's impact in one of the world's most dynamic and fast-evolving markets.

Mark Tiongco

AI In-House Analyst Lead - Dubai Office

Mark is an AI Specialist working where he supports the organisation in harnessing the capabilities of artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. With expertise spanning AI tools, automation, and intelligent workflow design, Mark brings a practical, solution-focused approach to integrating emerging technologies into administrative and business environments.

As an AI specialist, Mark works across projects requiring both strategic insight and hands-on implementation.

Earl Tiongco

Marketing Manager - Dubai Office

Earl brings a strategic and creative approach to marketing, supporting Indago Development's brand growth and communications from the UAE. With a strong understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and brand positioning, he plays a key role in amplifying Indago's reach across international markets.

 

Based in the UAE, Earl works closely with the wider Indago team to ensure the organisation's programmes, services, and impact are communicated with clarity and purpose, connecting the right message with the right audience at the right time.
